We founded leadity because we are convinced that small and medium-sized enterprises play a key role in a sustainable economy. Today, sustainability is more than just a ‘nice-to-have’: it is a clear competitive factor, a regulatory requirement and a responsibility towards future generations.
This is exactly where leadity comes in: our software makes sustainability simple, efficient and transparent for medium-sized companies. It combines company data, legal requirements and the people who want to take responsibility in one intuitive system.

What makes us unique
Our history
The leadity software was developed in 2019 by the established sustainability consultancy fjol, which has more than 15 years of practical experience, and is based on the scientific expertise of the Centre for Sustainable Leadership (ZNU) at the University of Witten/Herdecke.
leadity incorporates scientific know-how in the form of text templates, ready-made data sets, knowledge databases, preconfigured industry solutions and guidelines with best practice examples.
